Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead new business acquisition across London and the South of the UK from Birmingham down to the South East.This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional with direct experience selling contract cleaning services to property management companies, Build to Rent operators, residential developers, and managing agents.The RoleReporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will take ownership of the full business development lifecycle, identifying opportunities, generating leads, managing stakeholder relationships, and securing new contract cleaning agreements.This is a true 360-degree sales role requiring an individual who is comfortable prospecting, networking, attending client meetings, managing tenders and bids, and negotiating contracts through to close.You will focus on building a sustainable pipeline of opportunities within the Build to Rent, residential, student accommodation and commercial property markets.Key ..... full job details .....
