We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client of ours who specialise within the waste management sector. They are looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager to help expand their client base. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and increase sales Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including markets, clients, partnerships, and service offerings Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant events and conferences. Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients Monitor market competition and adjust strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed sales targets and forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in business development within the waste management industry. Strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets. Full UK driving licence (required).
