This role spans Professional Services, Production, Technology, and Life Sciences sectors, with a core focus on selling Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions.This is a pure sales role for a commercially driven individual who thrives on winning new business, building strong pipelines, and delivering measurable growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating up to 10m in new revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and deliver substantial revenue growth across targeted sectorsOwn the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution development, bid leadership, negotiation, and contract closeDevelop and execute sector-specific sales strategies aligned with overall commercial objectivesIdentify and prioritise key markets, customers, and opportunities to maximise growthLead cross-functional bid teams to produce compelling, competitive proposalsDrive strong pipeline management through effective use of CRM systems and sales processesEnsure seamless handover from sales to operations following contract awardBuild and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to ..... full job details .....
