Business Development Manager Location: Swaffham, Norfolk (covering East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties) Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 per annum + Comprehensive Package About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established national property services contractor, based from their Swaffham office and responsible for developing new business opportunities across East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties. This role is focused on identifying, developing and securing new opportunities within the social housing, public sector and commercial property markets. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening existing client relationships and expanding the company''s regional presence. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially driven individual with an established network within the property services sector and a proven track record of securing planned maintenance, refurbishment, retrofit and compliance contracts. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across East Anglia and the Northern Home Counties. Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve growth objectives. Generate new leads through networking, market intelligence and industry contacts.
