Business Development Manager

LOCATION: Remote with 1 day a week in the Midlands ROLE PURPOSE To establish our client as the market leader in LandD, by developing and advising organisations on the learning and development opportunities offered within the portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To introduce levy-paying and other large employers to new services and opportunities that the organisation has developed for them. Communicating these opportunities effectively via the correct medium to the relevant Stakeholders and Decision-makers. Undertaking partnership development activities, account management, personal promotion in line with our client''s policies and partnering/collaboration where appropriate with organisations to support and achieve the growth and financial plans of the Group. To present and bring to life via the required means of communication the ability for the organisation to provide a seamless plug-in service for the Learning and Development service portfolio our client provides. Ensure the delivery of the strategic business objectives for Training for Revenue, learners, and accounts whilst maintaining and working to the culture and corporate social responsibility policies set out. To work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the Companies Strategic Development plans within the Training sales pillar and across the group where required.
