Business Development Manager - Energy Optimisation and UpgradesThis UK-focused role for a global HVAC solutions manufacturer combines new business development with building long-term relationships across the HVAC market. Help customers reduce energy use and lifecycle costs through optimisation and energy upgrade solutions for HVAC plant, pumps, chillers, automation and controls. Salary Upto 75K, remote working, car allowance + paid mileage Bonus OTE 100K+What you''ll doDevelop a pipeline of optimisation and energy upgrade opportunities across the UK.Build relationships with consultants, contractors, facility managers and end-user clients, identifying projects early and helping shape specifications.Develop and deliver sales plans, track performance against targets and manage opportunities through the sales process.Work with colleagues on technical proposals and return-on-investment cases tailored to customer needs.Lead customer workshops and product demonstrations, attend industry events and share market feedback with internal teams.RequirementsA university degree in engineering ideallySubstantial business development and sales experience in HVAC solutions, energy efficiency upgrades or BAS/BMS.A track record of growing accounts, closing large HVAC projects and meeting sales targets.Understanding of pump curves beneficialKnowledge of the UK energy market, including energy-efficiency regulations and sustainability practices.Strong communication, negotiation and ..... full job details .....
