Business Development Manager - Fire Safety and Construction £50-55k basic + Car Allowance + Commission Are you a successful Business Development Manager selling into architects, specifiers, contractors, housebuilders or housing associations? This is an opportunity to join an established specialist within the fire safety and compliance sector, taking responsibility for developing new business across the UK built environment. You don''t need to come directly from fire safety. We''re equally interested in strong architectural specification, construction product and building product sales professionals who have a proven track record of winning business and influencing projects through architects, specifiers and the wider construction supply chain. The opportunity You''ll be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, targeting customers including: Architects and architectural practices Specifiers and consultants Tier 1 contractors Housebuilders and developers Housing associations Other organisations across the built environment This is a proactive new-business position where you''ll have the autonomy to develop your territory, identify key accounts and build a strong pipeline of opportunities. You''ll lead customer conversations to understand their requirements, risks and commercial drivers before working alongside technical specialists to develop the right solution.
