Business Development Manager - B2B Services We are recruiting on behalf of an established organisation based in Leeds who are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Manager to join their growing team. About the role This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping businesses find the right solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and supporting the continued growth of the organisation. Key responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Contact prospective customers through telephone, email, networking and other channels Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals where required Manage your own pipeline and follow up on opportunities Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience Achieve agreed sales and business development targets Keep CRM records and sales activity up to date Identify opportunities to develop existing customer relationships About you We are interested in speaking to candidates who are confident, commercially aware and comfortable speaking with customers and businesses.
