Business Development Director Main Contractor Our client is a growing construction business specialising in the delivery of high-quality residential, mixed-use, hospitality and luxury developments across London and the wider UK. The business has established a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes, including new-build residential developments, high-rise projects, refurbishments and challenging or distressed developments. Following continued growth and an expanding project pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Director to take ownership of the company''s business development strategy and help drive the next stage of growth. This is a senior, commercially focused position for someone who can combine strategic business development with strong industry relationships and a genuine understanding of the construction market. The Role As Business Development Director, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships and securing future work for the business.
