We''re looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Business Development Manager to win new business across your territory, helping industrial and commercial customers find smarter waste management solutions. The Role This is a field-based, new business sales role where you''ll: Generate and convert new business opportunities Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs Build tailored commercial proposals Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service About You You''ll have: Proven field-based B2B new business sales experience Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activity A full UK driving licence Experience in waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not essential.
