We are working with a local Client in Stockton on tees that help businesses manage waste safely, stay compliant and reduce their environmental impact. With over 50 years of experience across 15 countries, we''re a global leader in environmental services - and we''re growing.

We''re looking for a driven Waste Consultant / Business Development Manager to win new business across your territory, helping industrial and commercial customers find smarter waste management solutions.

The Role

This is a field-based, new business sales role where you''ll:

• Generate and convert new business opportunities
• Visit customer sites to identify waste management needs
• Build tailored commercial proposals
• Manage opportunities from first meeting through to close
• Work closely with branch and operations teams to deliver outstanding service

About You

You''ll have:

• Proven field-based B2B new business sales experience
• Experience selling into industrial, commercial or technical environments
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A consultative sales approach and confidence conducting site visits
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and activity
• A full UK driving licence

Experience in waste management or environmental services is advantageous but not essential.
