Job Title: Business Change LeadLocation: Warwick / HybridContract Type: 12 months with scope to extend OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Change Lead to support a major transformation programme focused on process improvement, operational readiness, and technology enhancement within a complex operational environment.This role will play a key part in driving business change activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
