Job Title: Business Change Lead - Organisational DesignLocation: Warwick / HybridContract Type: 12 months with scope to extend OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Change Lead with a strong background in organisational design and workforce transformation to support a major business transformation programme within a complex operational environment.This role will focus on organisational change, target operating model alignment, workforce transition, and capability development to support the successful implementation of new ways of working.The successful candidate will work closely with programme leadership, operational stakeholders, SMEs, and communications teams to ensure business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable adoption of organisational change initiatives.The role is based in Warwick with hybrid working available and occasional travel to operational sites when required.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Design and Workforce TransformationSupport leaders in aligning organisational structures and roles to future target operating models.Conduct role ..... full job details .....
