Business Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid - Security ClearedOur client is urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 6 months with a view to extend.Please note, the role is OUTSIDE IR35 and you will be on-site near Oxford for 2-3 days per week.You will need to be either SC Cleared or BPSS, moving to SC Cleared.Business Analyst - Key Skills:A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge, such as may be gained through three or more years'' experience of Business Analysis activities in Business lead, IT or Computing Research projectsBusiness Analysis certification (e.g. BCS, Agile BA)Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in a complex IT environmentExperience of working within ITIL / IT Service Management frameworkStrong requirements elicitation and documentation skillsExperience working within project and/or agile delivery frameworksExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesCollaborative and relationship-focusedStructured, detail-oriented, and outcome-drivenConfident challenging assumptions and driving clarityComfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environmentsBusiness Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid - Security ClearedDue to the volume of applications received for positions, it will not be possible to respond to all applications and only applicants who are considered suitable for interview will be contacted. ..... full job details .....
