Business Analyst (x2) - Identity and Access Management (IGA)OverviewWe are seeking two experienced Business Analysts to support a global Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) transformation, implementing One Identity Identity Manager.You will play a key role in defining and standardising Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes across multiple regions and business units, working closely with HR, Technology, Security teams, and a System Integrator.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead discovery and documentation of global JML processesMap current and future state identity lifecycle processesGather and define business and technical requirementsCapture integration requirements (HR systems, SIEM, PAM, ITSM, AD/Entra)Support application onboarding, role modelling, and access policiesDocument data flows, attribute mappings, and provisioning rulesWork with global stakeholders to align regional and business requirementsSupport UAT planning and executionProduce key documentation (BRDs, user stories, process maps)Skills and ExperienceStrong experience as a BA on IGA programmes (One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt)Knowledge of identity lifecycle, JML, and access governanceExperience working in large, complex global environmentsStrong requirements gathering and process mapping skillsExperience with HR systems and identity integrationsUnderstanding of identity data models and provisioning workflowsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to identify ..... full job details .....
