Business Analyst

For one of our leading financial services clients, we are searching for an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Technical BA-PM to support a number of complex data and process transformation initiatives within their Wealth Management division. You will work closely with business and engineering stakeholders, helping drive delivery across highly technical programmes involving data platforms, controls automation and process transformation. Role Responsibilities• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and technical requirements across complex transformation programmes• Work closely with engineering teams to understand data flows, source systems and platform architecture• Analyse and map data lineage from multiple source systems through data lakes and downstream control platforms• Develop a deep understanding of complex data models and business processes across the organisation• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements, define solutions and align delivery priorities• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements for developers, data engineers and architects• Support the delivery of automated controls, data governance and process automation initiatives• Review, interpret and challenge technical designs, code logic and complex calculation methodologies where required• Manage project deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications throughout the delivery lifecycle• Partner with business and technology ..... full job details .....
