Role Purpose Shape high-value service improvement, transformation and change projects from discovery through to delivery. Influence stakeholders, simplify complex processes and help deliver solutions that improve outcomes for services and residents. Key Responsibilities Lead focused workshops, interviews and analysis to uncover real business needs and define clear requirements. Map current and future-state processes, highlighting risks, inefficiencies and opportunities for measurable improvement. Produce clear, decision-ready documentation, including process maps, requirements, options appraisals and reports. Use data, insight and stakeholder feedback to drive better decisions, stronger delivery and tangible benefits. Essential Requirements Proven Business Analyst experience within transformation, service improvement or complex organisational settings. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder engagement and analysis.
