This role is ideal for a Building Surveyor with consultancy experience who enjoys a blend of project and professional work and is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and flexible environment.The RoleThis is a varied position combining both project delivery and professional surveying duties, including: Surveying properties and producing accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings. Preparing plans and documentation for tender purposes. Producing specifications, pre-construction safety documentation, and tender packages. Managing and administering tender processes. Undertaking contract administration duties under JCT Minor Works and Intermediate Forms of Contract. Managing refurbishment, repair, and maintenance projects from inception through to completion.
