This role is for a Building Surveyor based in Cornwall, offering a salary between £35,000 and £50,000 per annum on a full-time basis. You will join a respected independent consultancy, handling a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and public sector projects. Day-to-day work combines professional building surveying services with project management tasks, ensuring no two days are identical. Building Surveyor – Cornwall – Up to £50k

You'll work across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial and public sector projects, undertaking a mix of professional building surveying services alongside project work. No two days are the same, with responsibilities ranging from surveys and reports through to project delivery and contract administration.
We're keen to speak with Building Surveyors who have a minimum of two years' relevant experience, through to experienced Senior Building Surveyors looking for their next challenge.
The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within Building Surveying.
  • Experience delivering a range of professional surveying services.
  • Contract administration experience (highly desirable).
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • The ability to manage projects and build strong client relationships.
  • Working towards, or already achieved, MRICS status is advantageous but not essential.
