Building Surveyor

The Role As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved in delivering a broad range of surveying services, including: Contract administration and project management. Dilapidations (acting for both landlords and tenants). Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes. Technical due diligence and acquisition surveys. Building pathology investigations. Defect diagnosis and reporting. Condition surveys and asset management advice. Refurbishment and alteration projects. Party Wall matters (desirable but not essential). Supporting clients with statutory compliance and building safety requirements. Projects span a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, industrial and public sector estates.
