Building Surveying Manager Salary: £48,738 - £50,908 Permanent Full-time Hybrid - Ipswich (2 days on site) We''re looking for an experienced Building Surveying Manager to lead a team of surveying professionals and support the delivery of maintenance and major capital improvement programmes across a large housing portfolio. The role will involve managing complex building projects, planned and responsive maintenance programmes, contractors, budgets and procurement activity, while ensuring work meets relevant building regulations, health and safety requirements and quality standards.
