We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Building Services Technician to join a well-established FE College in London on a temporary basis.This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality Building Services education, working closely with lecturers and students across practical and workshop-based learning environments.The Role:As a Building Services Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of practical sessions, maintaining specialist equipment and workshops, and ensuring students have access to a safe and effective learning environment. You will work closely with curriculum teams to support the successful delivery of Building Services programmes.Key Responsibilities: Preparing workshops, tools, equipment, and materials for practical lessons Supporting lecturers and learners during practical sessions Maintaining and servicing equipment and specialist resources Managing stock levels and ordering materials where required Ensuring workshops and learning environments comply with health and safety regulations Carrying out routine maintenance and housekeeping duties Supporting curriculum delivery across Building Services programmesRequirements: Previous experience within Building Services, Facilities, Maintenance, or a related technical ..... full job details .....
