This role will suit someone experienced in managing building services from a main contractor perspective, coordinating specialist MandE subcontractors rather than self-delivering works.You''ll play a key role in ensuring mechanical and electrical services are fully integrated into the construction programme, design, and commercial strategy across multiple projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate all building services activities on projects across the South WestAct as the main contractor''s lead for MandE delivery, working closely with external MandE subcontractorsOversee design development, technical submissions, and coordination through pre-construction and deliveryEnsure MandE packages are delivered in line with programme, quality, and commercial targetsAttend and lead design team meetings, technical workshops, and coordination sessionsReview subcontractor proposals, programmes, and method statementsMonitor installation progress, commissioning, and handover activitiesEnsure compliance with health and safety, statutory regulations, and company standardsWork collaboratively with project, commercial, and site teamsAbout YouProven experience as a Building Services Manager, MandE Manager, or similar role for a main contractorStrong ..... full job details .....
