Projects are typically up to £50m in value, offering real variety and complexity without the demands of national travel.Your New RoleAs MEP Manager, you will play a pivotal role across the full project lifecycle, with the opportunity to get involved from early design stages through to successful delivery and handover.You will be responsible for:Leading and coordinating all mechanical, electrical and public health (MEP) elements on siteWorking closely with design teams, consultants and subcontractors from pre-construction through to completionDriving programme, quality assurance and compliance across MEP packagesManaging subcontractor performance and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budgetActing as the key technical lead for all building services mattersWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience as an MEP Manager (or Senior Building Services Engineer ready to step up) within a main contracting environmentStrong technical knowledge across mechanical ..... full job details .....
