We are working on behalf of a leading contractor who has recently secured the MEP package for a premium office development in the heart of Mayfair. As part of the mobilisation for this high–specification project, we are recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join the site–based operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, boilers, pumps, lighting, BMS, and water/drainage systems.Conduct fault–finding, diagnostics, and minor installation works.Support building compliance through accurate record–keeping, routine inspections, and adherence to health and safety protocols.Manage plant operations including start–up/shutdown procedures, emergency interventions, and changeovers.Liaise closely with contract managers, technical supervisors, sub–contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.Essential Qualifications:
