Position: Mechanical bias Building Services EngineerLocation: Regents Park area of LondonSalary: From £42,000 to £47,000 subject to experience levelDuration: PermanentWe are looking for an experienced Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer for a static site in London.This engineer will be working within a team of engineers that consist of fabric, gas and electrical engineers.The right person for this position will already have a strong mechanical bias building services background. They need to have experience dealing with plant rooms, pumps, ahu’s, basic plumbing etc.The site we are looking to cover is a very large site and will involve a lot of walking on a daily basisRequirementsStrong background in commercial planned and reactive maintenanceMust have strong mechanical technical backgroundLevel 2 building services qualifications is preferredHappy to commute into LondonMust be willing to cover a large area on footAdditional skills will be a bonusPackageBasic salary subject to experience levelNo on call25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionOvertime can be made availableIf you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ..... full job details .....
