The Role
 
As the Building Services Engineer, you''ll:

• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess mechanical system performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and contractors to deliver integrated building solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards, Building Regulations, and health and safety policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during commissioning and handover phases.
• Assist in cost estimation, project planning, and scheduling.

You
 
To be successful in the role of Building Services Engineer, you''ll have the following skills and experience:

• Level 3 Mechanical Engineering (Minimum), Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in mechanical building services engineering within a commercial or residential environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on-site.
