Hours : 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Salary : £50,614 - £63,268 per annum plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 (salary offered dependent on experience)
Contract : Full-time, permanent
Location : Dartford, Mariner House / Agile working

ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be assisting in the effective delivery of building safety improvement works, including fire remediation projects and planned building safety works/programmes.
Qualifications
Sound knowledge of building construction technology
Contract administration
Managing and delivering budgets
Statutory authorities and legal requirements
Additional detailsWe support agile working, so you’ll be provided with IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and the Mariner House, Dartford office.
