Building Maintenance Supervisor

This is a working supervisor role where you''ll lead from the front, combining your technical expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

The-Building Maintenance Supervisor-will be responsible for:

• Lead and support a team of 8 engineers across 3 sites, ensuring effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
• Carry out hands-on mechanical, electrical, or multi-skilled maintenance tasks
• Allocate work, provide technical guidance, and support team development
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
• Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you must have:-

• Relevant qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in mechanical or electrical discipline)
• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or lead role
• Strong understanding of building services and compliance requirements
