This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers while remaining hands-on with modern automated production equipment. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you''ll be responsible for leading the engineering team on shift, ensuring maximum plant availability while driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement across the site. This is a genuine leadership position where you''ll still be involved in technical fault finding whilst coaching and developing your engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a team of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers. Allocate workload and prioritise engineering activities throughout the shift. Support both reactive and planned preventative maintenance across automated packaging machinery. Provide technical support during major electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
