BSL Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting deaf students to communicate, learn and thrive?Do you have a minimum Level 2 BSL qualification and the confidence to use British Sign Language in an educational setting?Are you ready to make a genuine difference to students across Chelmsford?We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic BSL Support Worker to join a welcoming school environment in Chelmsford, supporting deaf and hearing-impaired students to access learning and develop their confidence.As a BSL Support Worker, you will work closely with students, teachers and other support staff to provide effective communication and learning support throughout the school day. You will use your British Sign Language skills to help students understand lessons, communicate with others and participate fully in school life.The successful candidate will hold a minimum Level 2 BSL qualification and have a genuine interest in supporting students with hearing impairments.
