Brand Development Executive

Brand Development Executive Inspire Resourcing are currently recruiting a Brand Development Executive on behalf of our client in Chesterfield. Duties: Identify and develop new business opportunities across UK and international markets. Research prospective customers and proactively generate new sales leads. Build relationships with retailers, distributors and commercial partners. Arrange and attend customer meetings to present products and business opportunities. Support the preparation of quotations, proposals and commercial presentations. Work towards agreed sales targets and business growth objectives. Manage and develop a pipeline of prospective customers using CRM systems. Support the management and growth of existing customer accounts. Identify opportunities to expand product listings and increase sales within existing customers. Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and product launches. Represent the business at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events. Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer feedback to identify commercial opportunities. Produce regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for the commercial team. Requirements Previous experience in a commercial, merchandising, sales support or customer-facing role. A genuine passion for sales and business development. Confidence approaching new customers and building lasting business relationships.
