Business Development Executive

Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Manfield (4 days office 1 day remote)
Salary: 30-35k plus commission

The opportunity:

We''re looking for a Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team and create new opportunities across marketing, digital, creative and business services.

This is a proactive new-business role for someone who enjoys opening doors, starting conversations and turning prospects into genuine sales opportunities.

You''ll identify potential customers, engage with decision-makers and work closely with the wider sales team to build a strong pipeline.

What you''ll be doing:

• Identify and research new business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify key contacts and engage decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work with the wider sales team to progress qualified opportunities.
• Manage activity and prospect information through the CRM.
• Monitor results and identify ways to improve conversion.
• Work towards and exceed agreed monthly targets.

What we''re looking for:

You''ll be commercially minded, confident and curious, with the resilience to pick up the phone, ask good questions and create new conversations.

You''ll ideally have:

• Experience in business development, lead generation, outbound sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence speaking with decision-makers.
• Good CRM and data-management skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, target-driven approach.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience within marketing, digital, ecommerce, creative, technology, fulfilment or business services would be advantageous.
