European Road Freight

hands-on warehousing experience .You will oversee a team of approximately 30 staff across

Road Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs , and

Warehouse Operations , ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant day-to-day running of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 30+ across multiple logistics functions.Oversee end-to-end European Road Freight operations.Drive efficiency and performance in warehousing and customs processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.Maintain compliance with relevant transport, customs, and safety regulations.Foster a high-performance culture through clear communication and hands-on leadership.RequirementsProven experience in

European Road Freight

operations.Hands-on experience in
