Manage budgets, sales, and profitability for the Heathrow flagship branch.Lead and develop Customer Service Agents, Chauffeur Drivers, and Fleet Support staff through coaching and reviews.Recruit and onboard new team members.Oversee a high-value luxury fleet, including servicing, handovers, and compliance.Handle escalated client issues with discretion and professionalism.YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Luxury Service Mindset:

You understand the needs of high-net-worth clients and deliver at a concierge level.Management Experience:

5+ years in rent-a-car.Team Development:
