Job Title: Press Brake OperatorLocation: BacupPay: £17 per hourDays: 4 day working weekJob Overview We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves setting and operating AMADA press brake machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal components, working accurately from engineering drawings and meeting tight tolerances.This is a permanent position offering a competitive hourly rate, a four-day working week, and the opportunity for overtime.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate AMADA press brake machinesAccurately bend and fold sheet metal to specificationRead, interpret, and work from engineering drawingsInput and adjust programs via CNC controlsMonitor quality and ensure work meets specified tolerancesSupport general fabrication activities as requiredMaintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment Key Requirements Time-served or experienced Press Brake OperatorProven experience setting and operating press brakes (AMADA)Confident reading and working from technical/engineering drawingsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality Desirable Skills and Experience Experience working to tight tolerancesSheet metal fabrication backgroundAbility to input data into CNC controls and adjust machine parametersExperience operating guillotines and general fabrication equipmentMIG welding skills to assist with fabrication tasks when requiredIn-house FLT (Fork Lift Truck) training or experience ..... full job details .....
