This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking employer offering excellent earning potential and long-term job security.What''s on Offer:Up to 55,000 OTE (based on experience and site performance bonus).Permanent, full-time role: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.30 days holiday (including public holidays) plus additional days with service.Pension scheme.Recommend-a-friend bonus scheme.Long service awards and colleague recognition.Health cash plan - claim back medical costs.High street discounts via rewards platform.Cycle to Work scheme.The Role:As a MET Technician, you''ll be responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and trim work required to return damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.Key Responsibilities:Dismantle and reassemble vehicles in accordance with job cards and repair estimates.Work to manufacturer methods and safety standards.Identify and report any additional repair work required.Ensure all parts are fitted correctly and unused parts are returned for credit.Complete all jobs to a high standard within estimated timescales.Supervise and support non-qualified or junior team members where needed.Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a Bodyshop MET Technician role.ATA ..... full job details .....
