An award-winning BSI Accredited accident repair centre has a vacancy for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join them at their offices in Birmingham.Location: Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2NRKey Skills: Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, autoflow, audatexSalary: 25,000 - 35,000 depending upon experienceAs Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor your role will be to manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every vehicle repair is handled with precision and care. As Customer Service Advisor it is essential you have bodyshop experience preferably with Autoflow experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Management: Use Autoflow (BMS) to manage vehicle progress, job cards, and internal communication.Estimating and Invoicing: Assist with or manage repair estimates and invoicing via Audatex, ensuring accuracy for both customers and insurance providers.Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, providing updates on repair status and handling technical queries professionally.Workflow Coordination: Liaise with vehicle damage assessors and the workshop team to secure repair authorisations and meet deadlines.Administration: Manage courtesy car bookings and process payments, including insurance excesses.
