Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor

We are proud to working alongside our client, a well-established national organisation with their search for a Service Advisor to be based within their Automotive Workshop

What does the role involve?

• As a Service Advisor you will provide clients with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and again for servicing, MOT and repairs.
• Provide the customers all the necessary information they require when making decisions about the servicing of their vehicle.
• Liaising with the service department to ensure that the customer receive the optimum level of customer service at all times
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Resolving any queries that customers may well have

Your Experience

• Experience of working within a similar role within a Dealership or Vehicle Service environment would be desirable
• Good Communication & Computer skills would be advantageous
