Alecto Recruitment is currently recruiting for a BMS Project Manager to cover the Yorkshire region.

This role offers a great degree of autonomy managing your time and diary and necessary.

The position works with one of the most established Building management systems (BMS) companies in the UK. Working on a range of BMS Projects.

Salary & Benefits;

• -65,000 - -70,000
• Car or Car Allowance + EV Salary Sacrifice scheme
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday and rising with service
• 7.5% Pension rising to 10%

The Role:

• This position plays an integral role within the business in a key commercial delivery role.
• Full cost management of all BMS Projects
• Attending site progress meetings when required, including project management review meetings and producing weekly project reports
• Prepare monthly revenue forecast and reports
• Responsible for procurement of control items
• Approving control panel drawings and designs

Requirements:

• Strong ability to work well as part of a team
• Commercial awareness
• Technical expertise within the BMS / HVAC sector
• Good attention to detail
• Experienced delivering BMS Projects
