Project Manager

Project Manager/Senior Project Manager required for an August start in central Leeds - programme length approx. 12 months (a permanent position will also be considered.)

Scope of works is conversion of an existing office building into a branded hotel; work will predominantly focus on internals, however there is also some structural refurbishment involved in the project.

Reporting into the Project Director, you will be working for a reputable Main Contractor and will responsibility for project progress from start to finish.

You will ideally have prior experience on similar projects (i.e. hotel refurbs/new builds) and/or a strong internals/high-rise/accommodation background.

My client is looking at an August start, however allowances could be made for candidates that are immediately available.

Day rate payable via CIS (if freelance.)
