Alecto Recruitment is working with a UK Leading provider within the building management systems sector. A very successful business with a great team.

Due to continued growth across the business and success within new vertical markets, they are looking to hire an experienced BMS Project Manager.

Salary & Benefits:

• -70,000 - -80,000
• -6825 Car Allowance
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and Rising with service
• 7.5% Pension rising to 10% with service
• Company performance related bonus
• Competitive sick pay

The Role:

• The position plays an integral position in providing a professional and quality service to customer and the successful delivery of all project works.
• Full cost management of all allocated projects
• Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payments
• Coordinate with estimating / sales team at a technical / commercial level
• Attend project handover meetings

Requirements:

• Strong ability to work well as part of a team but also efficiently on your own
• Strong commercial awareness
• Good understanding of Building management systems (BMS) / Building energy management systems (BEMS)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Technical expertise on BMS / HVAC Products
