This is an exciting opportunity for a Block Manager to join their Manchester team, managing a varied and well-maintained residential portfolio.Role Overview

As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential block portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service for leaseholders and residents. You will liaise closely with contractors, clients, and colleagues while ensuring compliance and building safety requirements are met.Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of a residential block portfolio across Manchester and surrounding areas.Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, and residents.Prepare and manage service charge budgets and oversee expenditure.Arrange and attend site inspections, AGMs, and residents meetings.Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation and Health and Safety requirements.Liaise with contractors and suppliers to coordinate maintenance and repair works.Maintain accurate property management records and documentation.Provide excellent customer service, resolving leaseholder queries promptly.What We''re Looking For

Experience in block management or property management (junior or assistant-level candidates ready to step up will be considered).Understanding of leases, service charges, and residential property law (training provided).Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.IT proficiency, with experience using property management software desirable.TPI qualification (preferred) or willingness to work towards it.What’s On Offer
