Black Hat Supervisor

BCS are working with a national main contractor in the construction industry that specialise in Landscape work.

BCS are currently looking for a black hat supervisor from a landscaping background to assist in the supervision and running of a prestigious construction site project.

Main duties:

• Provide clear and consistent direction to operatives, ensuring all tasks are understood and executed safely and correctly.
• Oversee site activities, identifying risks and implementing solutions to maintain workflow and safety standards.
• Conduct briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure all team members understand daily tasks and expectations.
• Monitor team performance and ensure continual adherence to procedures and regulations.
• Maintain clear alignment of interests and avoid situations where they represent or support conflicting parties or objectives.

Must haves:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
• Previous Landscaping experience
• at least 5 years of site experience and a minimum of 3 as a Supervisor

Payment will be direct PAYE or CIS self employed with no umbrella companies involved.-

BSC has been supplying local sites and companies with local trades and labour for the past 20-years.
