Working Black Hat Supervisor

3D Personnel are currently looking for Working Black Hat Supervisors with strong civils and groundworks experience for construction projects in West Silvertown, London.

The day-to-day duties will consist of:

• Supervising site operatives and subcontractors while remaining hands-on with civils and groundworks activities
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
• Coordinating daily site operations and liaising with the site management team
• Reading and interpreting drawings and ensuring work is completed to specification
• Monitoring health and safety standards and ensuring compliance across the site
• Organising labour, plant, and materials to maintain productivity
• Carrying out groundwork and civil engineering tasks as required
• Reporting progress, site issues, and any health and safety concerns to site management
• Conducting work in accordance with industry health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Black CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is preferred
• Strong civils and groundworks experience is essential
• Previous experience working as a Working Supervisor on construction or civil engineering projects
• Ability to lead a team while remaining hands-on when required
• Must be hard working, reliable, and driven
• Must have valid ID/Passport
• Must have full PPE (Hard hat, hi-vis, and safety boots)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
