BIM Manager

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital information delivery across various infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients and stakeholdersLead BEP development and EIR/BEP reviewsRepresent the team in workshops and design reviewsManage CDE workflows and document control, particularly with Bentley ProjectWiseOversee model coordination and federated model management using Autodesk tools such as Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and ACCEnsure ISO 19650 compliance across project teams and supply chainsContribute to internal BIM standards and provide guidance to junior staffLead projects independently from inception to handoverJob Requirements:Proficiency in BIM, particularly within the infrastructure sector (highways, rail, utilities, water)Strong grasp of the UK BIM FrameworkExperience managing client relationships and project deliverables with minimal supervisionProficiency in Autodesk tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ACC)Experience with Bentley ProjectWise and Bentley authoring toolsExceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approachProfessional accreditation (ICE, RICS, CIAT, or BIM-specific certification) is desirable but not essentialBenefits:Competitive salaryOpportunity to work on diverse and challenging infrastructure projectsProfessional development and training opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentComprehensive ..... full job details .....
