We''re working with a growing MEP engineering and design consultancy that is looking for an experienced BIM Manager / Revit professional to join their team. With an impressive portfolio of projects across education, healthcare, high-rise residential, commercial developments and stadia, this is an opportunity to take a key role in the delivery and continued development of their 3D Revit capability. The Role As the BIM Manager you''ll work closely with Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Project Leaders and the wider Design Team to ensure Revit models and project information are accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. Alongside hands-on project delivery, you''ll help develop BIM standards, provide Revit support to the wider team and support less experienced users. Key Responsibilities Produce and coordinate 3D MEP Revit models Work alongside Mechanical and Electrical Engineers on coordinated design solutions Coordinate MEP models with Architectural and Structural models Identify and assist with resolving clashes and coordination issues Set up and review project models Carry out Revit model health checks Maintain and develop Revit templates, families and standard content Maintain consistent modelling and drawing standards Provide day-to-day Revit support and guidance Support and develop less experienced ..... full job details .....
