Bim Coordinator

Overview

Foster + Partners, the award winning integrated design practice, have excellent opportunities for experienced BIM Coordinators to join the team in London. This is a key role to manage projects in line with the Foster + Partners BIM and Design Systems Strategy across multiple Studios. To coordinate projects team(s) across Studio(s) which include technical upskilling and mentoring. The single point of contact on project(s), responsible for ensuring team optimisation for working in Revit, associated technologies, workflows, and for delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and other related project documentation. Excellent Revit (Architecture) skills are essential for this position.Responsibilities

Coordinate projects across Studio(s) and manage technical upskilling and mentoring.Act as the single point of contact on assigned projects to optimise team performance in Revit and related workflows.Ensure delivery of coordinated models, data, reports and related project documentation.Qualifications / Skills

Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree or equivalentAble to work on more than one project simultaneouslyIn depth knowledge of the latest version of Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks with experience of running clash detection and producing clash reportsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrevious BIM Coordinator experience on medium/large scale projects in Revit and related technologiesExperience working in an architectural/engineering production environmentKnowledge of Dynamo for Revit and ability to read and write scriptsKnowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, BIM360Previous experience with BIM on site and mobile technologies used on siteAbility to use some of the following: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Office 365BIM Qualifications: BRE, RICS or similarDetails

Location: London, BatterseaOffice-based role; commute to the London office five days a weekHours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00Application
