Overview
Our client is an AJ100 practice in south London, currently seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their BIM team. This practice offers 1 day working from home.Responsibilities
Develop and enforce BIM execution plans and standards; coordinate BIM models across disciplines and detect clashes; support project teams with BIM software and tools; ensure model accuracy and data consistency throughout the project lifecycle.Provide training and technical support to team members.Apply high level proficiency in Revit to project work.Ensure solid understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.Exhibit excellent communication and coordination skills; experience in managing BIM workflows and documentation.Qualifications
Strong BIM coordination experience within architectural projects.Proficiency in Revit; good understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Salary and Sponsorship
