BIM Coordinator (Rail)

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead and manage digital delivery and information management across a major rail civils project. This role spans design, construction, and handover phases, working closely with BIM, information management, assurance, and design coordination teams to ensure consistent standards, effective model coordination, compliant asset data capture, and successful project handover.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Requirements ManagementEnsure all Digital Engineering requirements are clearly understood and effectively implementedMonitor compliance with project specifications and contractual obligationsTrack and report progress against requirements across all project stagesIdentify any gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure full complianceBIM Delivery OversightEnsure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client BIM requirementsSupport the BIM Lead in resolving technical and coordination challengesAlign BIM deliverables with project milestones and quality expectationsManage and maintain the BIM Execution Plan, ensuring team adherenceOversee BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and up-to-date informationPromote effective collaboration and communication across project teamsProject SupportProvide technical support to the project team on BIM-related mattersAssist in developing and maintaining BIM content librariesPrepare and manage BIM-related project documentationCommunication and CoordinationLead regular BIM coordination ..... full job details .....
